My roomate hasen't paid rent for this month can I kick her out legally? |
This is the last month on our lease and she hid the three day notice from me. I would have never known that we received it if I hadn't asked the front office. If I come up with the rent can i kick her out by the end of the week? Good idea. Change the locks First ask her why she hid the notice and then YES kick her out. WHAT THE HELL IS SHE TRYING TO DO??? GET YOU TWO EVICTED???? FIND A NEW ROOMMATE! You can tell the landlord that you paid your half they should not kick you out, you might want to find a new roommate. It depends on who wigned the rental agreement or lease, either way she can get kicked out wither by you or by the owner if she does not pay. |
