I am renting a home ready to foreclose in Nevada.Public auction date is pending.Do I still have to pay rent?

I am paying rent though a realty company that forwards the rent amount to the owners. Since the owners are in breach, does that mean my lease is no longer valid with the owners and/or realty office and I am not obligated to pay rent? The breach and default are public record.

Your agreement is with the owners-not their mortgage company. You must continue to pay rent or face eviction.

Yes you still pay your rent. No free rides.

You must pay your rent as long as you are the tenant. The new owners may want you to stay. Do not complicate matters by showing them you are bad pay.
