I want to rent a flat, how can I know if the person is the real owner??? |
The lady who is going to rent me is in Greece, she said she have the key and she'll come specifically to rent the apartment, how can I know if she's the real owner??? Only because she have the key??? There is any office where I can go to verify this with her name??? The land registery will have the owners name you have to pay a small fee but can request the information. You can call the assessor's office and ask them, just give them the address and ask for the name of the owner or you can call your local title company and they can help you too. could be leasing agent |
