Prorented rent?

I'm asking this for a friend who pays $445 per month OR $115 weekly. She paid two weeks on the first ($230) now she wants to pay her remaining balance to be paid up to December 1st. How does one prorent the rent? THere are 5 Fridays so does affect it? I"M totally lost and Can't help. The office doesn't want to help (they are too busy)

Pro-Rated rent: total rent divided by number of days multiplied by days you want to pay or the days that they let you pay (per week)
It seems she thinks she is paying 115./week so that means in 5 week months she pays 575./mo not 445. perhaps she has a chart that she is using? I am guessing that the complex is charging more for the handling or the extra payments? It is a lot (130. more) so if she could pay the monthly she is much much better off.

This would depend on whether she pays $115 weekly or $445 monthly. Sounds like maybe she's supposed to pay weekly but gets the $15 discount for paying all of it in one lump sum. I would guess she should pay $445 to have it paid up to December 1. However, she should talk to her landlord and just make sure what's expected.

I was in this situation a long time ago. I rented an trailer. Rent was $500.00 per month. I asked if I could pay by the week $125. because I got paid weekly and it was easier. This was the first time I was ever renting. So I paid $125 for 4 weeks. There was a 5th week where I didnt pay anything. I got a 7 day notice to pay or leave. When I went to the office to show them I paid their $500. for the month, I was told that weekly rates were different. You pay more by the week. There was nothing I could do about it. Or so I thought.
If she has a lease that states she pays weekly, she has to pay weekly rates. But if she doesnt have a written lease, she can pay $445 all in one sum and they cannot hold her to the weekly condition. I didnt know that until I got into landlording.
