Can a Sole Proprietorship transfer money to an LLC for building rent? |
My boss has a sole proprietorship and an LLC. The LLC "owns" the building that the Sole Proprietorship uses as an office building. So is it ok for the SP to pay the LLC rent? sure, draw up a lease from the LLC at reasonable market rates sure it is OK. an LLC is a entity in itself |
