Can anyone suggest any websites that I can find business properties for sale/rent?

I am not looking for offices, but warehouses or the like, that are empty, ideal for converting into a childrens play area?

other than that i'd just suggest phoning round local estate agents, or consider buying at auction.

businessrent.com i believe has some, but i am not sure about scotland.

Know exactly what you're doing. Forget websites etc - complete waste of time. Best bet is to get in your car and go for a drive round local business parks.

Also, if you havent done it yet, check out your insurance and legal requirements - scary!!
