What is needed to rent an apartment? |
me and my fiancee are planning to live in an apartment soon. by oct 24 or so. what is needed for us to live there. what does she and/or i need to have in order for us to live there. what r they steps. she has alot of money. but her parents are going to pay for it. what should we bring with us to the leasing office. you'll probably have to fill out an application. most places ask for personal references, so have the numbers handy. also, they will ask about your past rental history and your current and prior employment. you probably should bring your driver's license as well. most of the other questions depend on the apartment you want to rent... if they allow smoking, pets etc. they will probably run a background check on both of you and let you know within a few days if you've got the place. license, yourselves and the deposit! :) |
