Is there a place i can call about the Illegals that my apartment building people rent out to? |
I have lived here for two years ,and the neighbors, I had move out at three in the morning ,but at the same time two move in and the funny thing about it is they have a procedure to were they look for any damages and clean the place first and needier was done. and i went to the office and the lady in charge said all was OK but i ask if she knew that i have been down here before when the other people rented the place had two people move in and the rules say only two to a one room apartments and now i see five living there that's why we had no parking for me and my husband, she blew it of and tried to say not to worry but i know she lieing and what to know who i can call on this apartment building management . First off, you do not know they are illegals, you only suspect that they are. Call the INS! tell her to fix the issue or you will call INS and report her to fair housing the law is 2 heart beats per bedroom, even if they have a kid once they renew they have to move to a larger place.... Breaking fair housing laws is a huge deal these days, it is discrimination... CALL THE IMMIGRATION DEPT..AND KEEP CALLING BECAUSE THEY TAKE THEIR TIME... ICE: I.C.E, and the police. Also, a real-estate agent, because when your building manager finds out you called the Feds on her, she'll make yer' life miserable. I'm sorry I didn't understand your question. Maybe you should divide words into sentences. If you are worried about the parking just call a tow truck. BUT DONT RUIN SOMEONES LIFE BECAUSE THEY ARE ILLIGAL HERE. PEOPLE COME TO BETTER THEMSELVES STOP BEING NOSEY AND COUNTING THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE. you can contact the INS and the FED I think you want to get rid of some illegal tenits, or the local police if they are just people renting a place that is not legal. Call the police or immigration. why dont u ask ur apartment association? if they want to rent, then u can shut up. INS The issue is not whether your neighbors are illegals. The issues are the problems with parking and your quite enjoyment. First thing, you need to send a letter to the apartment management and list your issues. By law, apartment management must response and resolve issues within a reasonable time. If issues and problems have not been resolved or responded, then contact upper apartment management. On your rental agreement, it should state the name of the management company. If it's the apartment manager address then you need to check with county records or city records or the department of RE to get the real owner's address. After you obtain the information, send a letter too along with your past letters. I'm sure you will get some results. |
