As a landlord, I know it is always better to rent to a single guy than a women.? |
The women are complete slobs, and even at my office (major huge company) the women tell me women in the rest rooms throw crap all over and are filthy. I never really bought into the whole June Cleaver stereotype, but women do not make good tenants( or wives for that matter) I wish people would stay on the topic. I am gay and could care less about dating women. I am just a landlord, and stating a fact. What other landlords have found this to be true. I mean, the women seem all nice and sweet at the time of the application, but they always turn out to be bad tenants. So if woman don't make good wife's then who does? Most American woman don't make good wife's, but not all woman in the world make bad wife's. Plus woman don't throw crap in the restrooms, only the crazy ones. But I do agree they have a lot of stuff and are very unorganized. to bad you didn't put more information, so one of us messy ladies could come and try to rent your place and then use then ..comment so to speak, against you and take you to court and win... like someone said .. its against the law to discriminate..you lose. You are soooo wrong it's almost funny. The women were cleaner, actually cared about decorating tastfully, had respect for the property, So you're not actually asking a question that you don't already have an answer to??? Whether you are right or wrong, if you discriminate against someone because of gender,race, religion, etc., you can be fined and perhaps go to jail over it. I have actually had more problems with single men, than women. They tend to want to party all the time. I have had more damages from men putting fists through walls, they hate housecleaning, and most of them dont know how to fill out a check. I have had more negative experiences with young women maintaining my rental properties inside and out,but with that being said......I am a woman and take very good care of my property and my family(including my husband).Gay or not you seem to have issues with females and it would be no different than if I said ...Gay people are lousy tenants because they are too flamboyant! Having been a landlord for ten years, I can tell you that you are dead wrong. My experience has been the opposite. Men keep things picked up, but never really CLEAN. The floor has no clutter but is filthy. |
