How do i find a office for lease?

i need to rent an office
is there a website to search them?
or where do i go to find them?

its painful to drive around and look for the LEASE sign..

Click on "Search Homes" and then select "Property Type" from the dropdown menu "Commercial".

Otherwise, I would suggest using craigslist.org which has office space listings in every US state and city.

Just find your state or city and begin searching the listings and contacting people.

Call a local commercial real estate agent tomorrow.. they'd probably know where places are for lease..

Try http://www.loopnet.com. I have searched on here before when looking for office space. They've got commercial space for sale and rent and all over the US. I hope this helps, and good luck.

Loopnet is great, but only gives you limited access as a free member. Contact an office broker in your area and let them do the searching for you. Here's a list of some of the bigger names you can probably find in your area -

Also, be careful of residential agents moonlighting as commercial brokers. They are two different animals and even if the agent is good he/she may not have access to market data and the commercial contacts that most office brokers will have. It's like going to your foot doctor to have your wisdom teeth pulled.
