What r my rights if i feel like i've been charged unfair late fee because of appartment's management's fault?

i was given concession on my rent, & i was on auto debit for rent, they were charging me different amounts. Last month i recived notice that this apartment complex is now owned by another company & they can't do auto debit,so i went 2 the office & paid my rent. I did not like the new management & decided to move out because my lease was up.
I gave them 60 day notice according to the lease agreement on the 30th of the month & to ask how much rent do i've 2 pay 4 next 2 months,manager told me that i underpaid last month & i owe them some money so i've to pay them$235 more then my rent,which i needed to vrify with my bank & i did i felt like they are kina right i owe them some money because previos managment has under charged me because of their mistake,so i called the office on the 2nd ( 1st was on sunday ) of the month 2 ask the exact rent amount & I was told that someone will give me the call. No 1 called me even next day the 3rd. but now on 4th they want $50.00 late fee. IS IT FAIR?

No, it's not fair and you should not be charged. They needed to supply you with the exact dollar amount and they didn't respond to your call in time.

Get off that direct debit because they will take it from your account.

I would give you the links from our research files that the US government and the Bar has provided to the public answering your question but yahoo answers says that providing links with the proper answers to questions is spamming and using the source of where those links come from is advertising and they rather just have written answers from sources that are not qualified to provide such answers

I would charge them a $500 fee plus interest for being so full of poop that their eyes are brown.
