Best thing is you approach the Builders or any reputed Company, allow them to construct the building according to their plan, on 50:50 basis. Your investment is nil on Building, but you get a share of 50% of constructed portion. That you can let it or sell it. Other wise you retain the ownership of plot, allow them to construct, with a mutually agreed monthly payments to you, to a specified period of time ( say 25 years ) for lease, on BOE basis - Build Operate and Exit. |
