Buying a comm prop with liens ?


selling prop with liens 4 100k but liens go over most of liens r child support and irs liens.. since seller cant sell throught a bank he is ofering it 2 me 4 5k only my ? is that i call irs and told them that i (suppose) had a prop refi but when i order title it shows liens .. they just told me to fill some forms and they would release it..so im thinking they dont really care now.. that prop i want it for me not to resell since in that city i have an office and i pay 600mo rent so i figure buy it and even with liens i might benefit cause i wouldnt pay rent no more..and maybe clear liens with time ...again called irs and said 4 me to send some form and they would release...also lets suppose that i buy prop and irs decide to execute.. i mean tryingto get it away i have never seen it..but if they do ...can i just fil for bk and would that work...

Take my word for it the IRS does not just release a lien so someone can refi!

If the person who has the child support liens hears of the sell they are going to take a hissy fit and come after the house.

In addition you are purchasing a property without clear title and should you ever decide to sell the property going backwards to clear the title is a very expensive process.

See a realestate atty before you end up in court being accused of being a part of fraud over the liens.

check online with the tax office and look for what type of lien it is. if its federal or state they dont go away you will get stuck with it! and just so you know if its a tax lien they can take the property from you after you buy it! if they come for the property filling a bk wont save you just delay things until you pay it off!
