Merchandisin Income Statement:Periodic Inventory System.where do i put the items from the trial balance?

The trial balance i have has the following:
sales
sales returns and allowances
purchases
purchases returns and allowances
freight-in
store salaries expense
office salaries expense
advertising expense
rent expense
insurance expense
store supplies expense
office supplies expense
depreciation expense-store equipment
depreciation expense-office equipment

the inventory system has the following:
netsales
cost of goods sold
merchandising inventory
purchases
less purchases returns and allowances
net purchases
cost of goods available for sale
less merchandise inventory
cost of goods sold
gross margin
operating expenses
net income

what parts of the trial balance fits into what parts of the inventory system?

all the expenses go into operating expenses,after you clear that load of space up,you'll see frieght in goes with frieght in,etc etc.
