Offer to charitable organizations and businesses?

i own two houses in lusaka zambia that i intend to lease/rent out to preferebly a charitable organisation for use as orphanages,offices,clinics or medical centre etc.
one of the houses sits on 15acres of land
the other is in a very good lusaka neighbourhood

i have always been interested in opening an orphanage,clinic or school for street kids on one or both of these properties but i am willing to let someone else make use of the property for charity/business
anyone interested please respond to this message

From my experience, "chritable business" is a decided oxymoron.

You might try being more forward and actually contacting agencies with a good reputation doing the kind of work you would like to see the property used for.
