What is the best way to deduct a home office for a S-Corp? |
There are two school of thoughts. One is to expense all the cost to the bottom line of the S-corp. The second is to pay rent and write off your expenses on Schn 'E' and the S-corp would write off the rent as an expense. a lot of times one thing isn't better than the other. It depends more on the expenses & nature of the co. talk to your tax preparer. |
