How do sign up a needy family for toys for tots in caldwell county?

I have a friend with 4 small children and her husband is the only one working but his paycheck goes straight to rent,lights,water. By the time he has payed all of his bills,he barely as any money left for gas to get to work.He only makes $9.00 dollars an hour. So he is worried about how will be able to have Christmas for his family. His wife stays home and take care of the kids, especially the twin boys who are 1 year old, they have been in and of hospitals and doctors offices since birth, so that's why his wife dosen't work. Can you help me find out how to sign them up for toys for tots in Caldwell County,NC.

Most referrals are made through local churches, salvation army, police/sheriff departments and/or charities. In our area they have a toys for tots day where the parents/kids can show up and get the toys themselves. I would talk to your local pastor/priest, call the chamber of commerce and try the local newspaper for past articles they've written.
