Allright, the apartment complex where i have an office has been renting to immigrants who have been using fake

Social Security numbers/cards(ones that belong to the dead) to rent apartments, what agency would I call to place a complaint and get the managment investigated, and then again with all the bleeding hearts out there would it even do any good to report it? BTW I found this out from one of the staff that quit working in the office over this situation.

This is totally illegal!!!! And yes, it needs to be reported. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.... especially if something happens to you or the property because of someone who wasn't qualified to live there anyway. Plus it violates every fair housing law in the book. Report it first to the fair housing commission in your county, then to INS.

Call INS or the police

You can try border patrol, but the police can't do anything in most states. Illegal aliens have more rights then you do.

Report them to the INS.

The INS has jurisdiction over illegals. If they are using fake ID's', then your local police would be a good place to start.

i would make sure i knew what i was talking about before accusing someone and causing a lot of trouble. you could wind up in a law suit.
