Why do some Christians suffer soo much?

Why do some Christians suffer soo much? I am a hard working woman, my husband also works hard to support me & our 3 sons. Yet, we continually have to suffer. When something good happens, BAM, something really bad happens. We pray everyday, we try to live our lives correctly too. I am becoming soo distraught over our situation. I still continue to pray, ask God to forgive us for our sins and bless us. I don't want a mansion, I just want us to be able to survive, pay bills, put food on the table & take care of our kids.
Yet my husband continually gets laid off of jobs, I had to take a grocery store job when I normally work office work. We're 3 mths behind in rent, behind in utility bills, our vans on it's last leg, we can barely feed our children.
As I sit here at my computer crying, please, my fellow Christians, pray for a breakthough for us, please.

I hope and pray that I can encourage your heart tonight. God never promised that life would be easy for us, when we follow Him. Actually as you know Jesus said, "we will suffer for Him". My husband and i both have chronic health problems, and he is permanently disabled and we are financially strapped- and I have to admit there are days I feel just like you do. But then I remember that when things get really bad is when Jesus shows us- now i do not mean He will give us everything we want, but He does give us everything we need. I will pray for you, Brandy and your family. Living the Christian life, does not make us immune to the problems of life, however, with Christ we can have hope in the midst of it all, and i pray that you will find that hope. By the way, crying is a good thing- remember God sees every tear that falls.

Dont give up God has a plan for you if you keep seeking his will you will find it.. we all have our struggles over coming them is what makes us what we are.

its a test , everyone goes through tests in life , and not only does it make us stronger after we over come these , sometimes the change is rewarding in the end, i will pray for you and your family

Well, this is Satan having a good crack at you. Remember the story of Job? Worse situation then yours, yet he maintained he's believe. Hang in there, ask God in earnest for help, and he will provide.

Perseverance through faith dear. Christians have their shares of trials and tribulations. It is NOT a believer/nonbeliever thing. It rains on both the just and the unjust. The sun shines upon all without prejudice.

NEVER blame God for your troubles. And ALWAYS thank and praise Him even in the midst of your storms. He won't always remove them but He will always bring you through them.

REMEMBER POOR JOB! If he can make it we all can!

i feel you. but you know what, the bible says "We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God," the bible never said when you give your life to God it would be easy street. I'm going through "short of funds" on my end too. but i refuse to give up! those that strive toward the finish line are the ones that will wear the crown. satan knows you have work to do for God, he knows your serving God so he came only to steal and kill and destroy; let me tell you what i did the other day. i left my house and found a quit spot and said "Lord I'm not leaving till i feel your presence, till i have peace again" that's exactly what i did! i felt energize and was able to give my problems to God. i will pray for you. know that a break through is right around the corner.

I am not trying to be cynical here but, Join the real world". That has been the way it has been for me and my family all our lives, and frankly for most of the people I know. Even those who are "rich" have their problems in other areas of life. The whole thing is because of sin which in in the world, and the answer to it is not to fix your hopes and dreams on this world, but to fix your hope on Christ Jesus who will one day take us to a better place. Jesus said "come unto me all you who labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest." He does not promise to take all the problems away, but to give you rest.

Hey, I know where're you're coming from. I have the same here. Just found out my company is going out of business as of next year. Plus am living in a foreign country trying to support my wife and two kids. It seems like everyday is another battle.

Having said that, I know God is in control of all circumstances and He is able to take care of us. Sure, we forget sometimes who we are in Christ and are tempted to compare ourselves to the Jones's, but this is precisely something God wants us to learn not to do. Think of it this way. God actually trusted you with these trials. You may feel like saying, no thanks, but all this will soon pass away and you will see yourself as He sees you, radiating His glory. God is about to display His glory in you. Don't give up, but do cast your cares on Him, as advised. Contrary to expert financial planners, try to live one day at the time. That is all I can handle.

I know its hard.
Just hang in there. Continue to pray and stuff. It will pass, and someday you'll be able to look back and see a purpose for this. Don't fall for all the 'God isn't real' stuff that people stick in here. Because He is real and he cares for you and your kids even more than you do. He'll see you through. I'll include you in my prayer.

how about i offer my point of veiw.
i don't want to say that prayer don't work.
how about i say that do you want to take charge of your life?

if you want to survive, make plans of how to survive.
plan your finanical, look for helps.
i believe your country have help around your area.

any plan of how to build up your income, reduct your expenses. ways to impove yourself so you can find better jobs.

it is not because you are a christian so you have to suffer.
is becasue you didn't plan your life / your finanical that why you suffer.

i have see alot of ppl in this suitation, i hope these words can help you. i hope not to see ppl don't even have enough to eat.
