How to settle in Calgary if I reach first time with spouse and child ?

If reach firt time with my spouse and child.Where I cant rent reasonable house / Can I get job in hospitality industry ? My wife has office work experience. Can she get job ? Is it more easy to settle here than Toronto ? Pls help

calgary is a great place to live! Jobs are every where! less than a 1% unemployemnet rate however homes are expensive and hard to come by so be cautious!
