How can you prove residency in a country with a cash economy? |
How can you provide proof of residency for the US if you are a housewife in a developing country with a cash economy. Specifically if it is a bank that is requesting proof of residency in the form of rent or utility bill or a foreign license from your new permanent address, when you DON'T have a 'home address' since your street has no name or number, you are not allowed to drive in your new country and there are no rent or utility bills. BTW, my spouse has US Gov job in this country and an office address, I'm a homemaker. I'm no expert but, how about your passport? Or perhaps your husbands check stub? |
