Sneeky lieing Roommate from Hell !!!! I need help?

Okay I just had a roommate move in that I knew from back in the days. She moved in the end of June but me being nice I didnt charge her a prorated rent for June I just told her to pay at the beginning of July well when the third of July got here I called her to ask for the rent money and she said all she thought she had to pay was a $100 for June and pay July's rent at the end of July, she didnt even have a hundred dollars she told me I'll only be late once so maybe u can talk to the rental office about being late this month since she dont have any money..I told her no she needs to come up with some money. She left almost half of the money on my door when she went to work da next day, later on I found out that her boyfriend was in my house all day while she was at work I knocked on the door but he never answered and when she came home he went to the bathroom I think he moved in, what should I do plus she added a locked on her door and didnt even ask me could she do it! I want her out

I told her the rules before she moved in I even told her that her boyfriend could spend the night sometimes but not move in! I dont know him for him to be chilling in my house while shes not there and then when I knocked on the door he didnt answer! See im always in my room so she didnt know I would be sitting in my living room so thats how I realized that he's not coming home with her at night...he's already there!

the time to set rules and boundaries is before someone moves in.

Your landlord will want applications on file for all tenants. If he is living there and not on record with the property management firm, you can all be evicted.

I really hope you got some sort of lease agreement.

Otherwise, you'll have to get the law involved and most likely lose a friend. If she just moved in, it is very likely that she will just pack up her stuff and get out immediatly.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation but I'd recommend getting either a lawyer or at the very least, talking to a police office to see what you can do.

Good luck!

who is on the lease? If she is not on the lease, you can call the cops and they will remove her from the house. If she is, you have to speak with her again and explain the situation.
But anyway, call the cops and tell them all the situation and let them take that boyfriend out because he isn't suppose to be there at the first place anyways.

Good luck

If you're renting, then the both of you have to be on the lease. You're going to need to move out to get rid of her now because she's your responsibility by not having her sign onto your lease and by not paying the rent on time, it's going to effect your credit.
