I want to able to import into China raw material like cotton yarn,leather and copper from abroad.?

Can anyone plz guide me and help me about the procedure. I want to import into china my goods through sea, rent a warehouse store my stuff in the warehouse and be able to sell raw material like cotton yarn, copper and leather to local market in person preferably in guangzhou.
Whats the best way... should i open a company or a representative office or will i be allowed to ask any registered company to import goods on my behalf and deliver these to my warehouse. Can i rent a warehouse....?
I live outside china. Are there any commission agent available and allowes to complete the formalities . Please help with your answer.
