Does a manager of a apartment place have the right to dissmiss u if you did nothing wrong? |
i live in a 21 unit apartment unit and u can hear everything but thats what happens, Ive lived here for six months and a lady just moved in one week ago shes been complaining about me and my 2 children, well the mang./landlord is best friends with the lady who reports me. Ive been good on payments and keeping clean. My landlord has been trying to evict me for no reason and her friend is trying to help. as of right now me and my children have no place to go so i need this 3 bedrm. apt. I also have cancer and im only 26 years old. these people have me stressed out. They even tried to trow away my rent for march until a good friend of mine found it in the trash can in her office, then the lady tells me "ill do anything to get you and you bastard son out of here. and she likes to yell alot. normally id beat the **** out of people like that but i cant then shed have a reason to kick my *** out, So what do you think? Let me know For whatever reason they want you out of there. If I were you I would start looking for another apartment. And possibly talking to a lawyer about your situation before things get worse. I would seriously have a talk with the owner again and explain the situation. I hope things get better for you soon. Report It in order to be evicted though it varies from state to state...the landlord has to take you to court...if youve done nothing wrong it will be difficult to prove it...i would recommend getting letters from other tennants who you know that can substantiate your claims...also if they have had problems also |
