If you lived in a resort who sold propane for part of a living , and you knew that they were riping you off. They told me that my propane bottles are ten gallons, I know for a fact that they aren't because while filling up at a variety of places that sells propane it has never gone beyond 8.5 gallons. They tell me 10. The propane cost $3.05 a gallon and there is a company that dispersses it to the entire county of San Diego for $1.25 a gallon. The person who is in charge of filing the bottles doesn't speak fluent English and then correspondes with a person who speaks both English and Spanish. The person gets very confussed as to what number to write down on a piece of paper then gives it to the office manager. I am being charged $60 on average every two weeks along with my rent. Also one of the persons looked at me at the beginning of this month and said this to me "I thought I told you that this would require a two man job." Speaking to me as if I were his own daughter. I HAVE A LIFE! Why would I want to know his work itenerary? He's kinda rude, in my opinion. You should contact your local State Utilities Commission and the Landlord Tenant Fair Acts Association for your state. Also, the Attorney General, Consumer Affairs Division is another avenue of reporting their crimes. hi, well u need to let someone know about the person who doesn't speak very good english & get confused with the numbers so that u don't get charged again, i think that this person shouldn't be incharge with that job if he or she can't speak our english language! that's my opinion! good luck |
