Apartment living, what would you think? |
What would you think if the rental office gave you a letter last month saying that you over paid $100. Then you get another letter today saying on last month's rent payment, you under paid by $100 so you owe $100. I'm confused and feel like this apartment place is so shitty. Yeah, just sounds to me like they use a computer to manage their billing, and that computer software isn't particularly smart. I imagine that if you explain the situation to the staff (and don't imply that they are dumb when really it is just the computer that is dumb) they'll be happy to deal with the problem. look at your renters contract agreement then get your receipts and the checks you wrote or statements from the bank take it to them and compare and show them... their computer system might have had a glitch so gett hematter straightened out |
