I let a friend move into my place,I need to ask you about eviction notices PLEASE HELP ME?

What I need to ask about is eviction notices. I let a friend move into my place and now she has her boyfriend staying there I told both of them to get out but before she moved in I wrote up an agreement for her to pay me $600.00 in rent but she only gave me $300 and said she would give me the rest three days later. now I call the cops to get them out and the cops say I have to let them stay and obtain an eviction notice for both of them an give them 30 day because she gave me money. Now she is trying to get me evicted by going to my rental office and tell them that I let her move in and that's against my lease agreement. Could they evict me for this?

Does she or he have any mail comming to your address?very important,you can argue the fact that you never received any money except for food money while they were trying to find a place of their own.their is nothing wrong with having company stay over.If they do have mail coming and have changed their address you could say you never gave permission for this and they are squatters,or you could say you were getting threatened by them if you wouldn't let them stay,go down get a PPO and as soon as they are served call the police and they will have to leave,mention you are afraid for your life and afraid they will steal your property,play her game better...Good Luck...get on the ball!As soon as the police see a ppo they have to make them leave,its the LAW

Make life for her so miserable that she will leave on her own. Get some friends to help you. Use your imagination.

First off you need to get a cheaper apartment an you should just move before you get evicted from their let them have the apartment an while doing that you should file the eviction notice you will have to go to court but just to protect your self go through the proper channels but i would say just move out but don't leave the apartment with your name on it an breaking a lease isn't that bad you will find another place so don't worry but don't stress your self or file for it then give it to them an if she still refuses to leave get the locks changed an put her stuff out the house an leave it at that just do whats the best for you OK.
