Can I use my credit card with a PIN?

hi. my apartment rental office is no longer going to accept credit cards for monthly apartment rental payments. they'll accept only debit cards. however, one of the employees told me that i could still use a credit card to pay the apartment rent if i can use a PIN with the credit card. she could provide no further information. can i use a credit card with a PIN? do some credit card companies offer such credit cards?

that is considered a cash advance and that is going to be very high interest on the amount of cash that is taken out. Also you can't pay that portion off until your regular CC balance is paid off so if you're not careful it will sit there collecting interest until you can pay it off.

But some CC do offer a PIN number..call your CC company to find out.
