Please what should i do im soo fraustrated i need you advice?

i have been working at this dental office as an assistant for about 6 months my boss is so flaky always looking for ways to cut your pay and reduce your hours.(for example my paystub was missing yesterday and the check was short and i was given some story abt getting the stub later)My boss has the highest tunover i have ver seen because workers get mad and up and leave. i cant remember the last time i even had the regular hours which are supposed to be part time hours.I have been looking for another job for a few months but somehow thats even hard to find i had to use my savings to pay my last months rent and im really in need of something very soon so i can pay for my next months bills. Please what can i do

You don't deserve to work for a looser like this. I suspect he is not withholding taxes, which is why you didn't get a pay stub. This idiot is headed for serious problems. I can tell by the way you worded your question you are an intelligent and diligent person. You've got more business smarts and sense than this clown ever will. So GO GET SOME $$$$.

Get a second, third and maybe even a fourth part-time job as a temporary measure. Something that will bring in a enough money for food and rent. I suggest delivery jobs (Pizza, Chinese, etc.). Also sorting boxes for UPS and FedEx can be good too. Resturants always seem short-handed this time of year too. Put ads on CraigsList to clean houses, do bookkeeping, office work, etc.

Once you have other sources of income lined up, quit the dental office. I wouldn't even feel obligated to give more than 1 days notice given the circumstances...but GET OUT FAST!

This will hold you over until you can develop a longer term game plan.

Your actions today are critical to resolving this problem.

you should just chil

Bite the bullet and get the heck out of there... FAST. Also, report your boss to the local labor authorities. Sounds like a real dufus to me.

Sounds like you answered your own question.Find another job.

well u should talk to the people that are superior than your boss, about what your boss is doing. they will be able to help. and then you will get yourt actual payment and and regular working time.

I'm sure you can find another job. A job like that isn't worth the stress, trust me. Once you figure that out, you'll be much happier.

Until you actually find another job, be proactive about the way you are treated. Be direct and firm, but not rude. He'll see that you're not someone he can mess with.
