How can I break a rental lease in wisconsin? |
HOw can I break our lease? The problem is we can no longer afford the rent and need to find a cheaper place. Also, we get complaints about noise. we have 3 kids in an upstairs cheaply built apartment. Owner claims the cops have been out, but we called the police office and they said they have no record of any complaints. What can we do legally. Oh yeah, the owner is a lawyer. I've provided a link below for you from the Wisconsin Tenant Resource Center on ending your lease. Good luck! Try the site below, make sure to change the location/state in which you reside. The best way to fight a lawyer is with a Law Firm. Try the last site to get access to a TOP Law Firm in your state. I wish you the best of luck.
