Hi all , I need to apply for a fresh passport under Tatkaal Scheme. I know the basic things for it :?

such as additional fees , 3 of the documents needed out of the listed ones , and a verification certificate ...As i am living on rent since March in Pune ( i am working in Pune ) , my permanent address is being Chandrapur in Maharashtra , i want to apply from Pune regional office of Passport authority . I want to ask do i need to take print out of VC or is this template is already with District Magistrate ...also i want to know how i can get VC certified from the authorities ....also what i need to produce as address proof as i m proper from Chandrapur near Nagpur ....
Pls dont answer in general sense ....i expect expert answer from experienced and knowledgible person...Thanks in advance ....

Apart from the above you will have to prove the need of urgency of passport.

I think you can present a police verification certificate (Rs.100-250 under table) along with your Leave And License Agreement as the residential proof.

Normally all officers of Govt. have specimen of VC. You can show specimen of VC to officer. He can issue VC on his letter head with stamp.
In addition to VC, you need proof of DOB and proof of present residence.
