How to kick out my Mom's boyfriend...?

I really hate my mom's boyfriend, he's been living with us for 5 years. I am deaf and he don't even give a **** to learn sign language to communicate with me(look, 5 years!!!) My mom and I have the lease to live in Apartment and my mom's boyfriend don't even have a lease to be living here!! So how do I make him move out? He've been causing me so much stress and taking most attention from mom from ME, he's a bum, I've been paying rent, bills, foods with my SSI because of my disability.. I'm 18 years old, got in college when I was 17... I don't even need this stress from him! I extremely hate him!! Even I told my mom that I hate him but it seems she dont care and still love him...

So... how do I make him move out?
1. Call the office that he do not belong in this apartment so they call the cop to kick him out?
2. Move out on my own?

he may be doing something for your Mother, at least emotionally. don't turn him in, or your mother may be kicked out as well. It's not like he's not there without her knowledge or agreement.

Move out. If he's a big of a bum as you make out, he will suddly start being nice to keep you there and your money too.

IF you act on number 1, your mum will probably kick you out anyway. Get him into trouble annonomously

Unless the lease states the number of people living there, that won't work. If you interfere and have him kicked out, your mom will be very upset and might side with him and you will be left out. You are 18, can you get your own place? If you can, I'd suggest doing it because your mom seems to care more about him than you, which is wrong. If anyone I dated didn't like my kids or they like him, he'd be gone. They come first. You could always get a room mate to help you with rent and bills too. Tell your mom if he doesn't leave you are and get her reaction. I wish you the best.

For now, so you can continue in school, and not hurt your future any further, option 2 is your choice.
This may hurt your mom financially, and she may want to move in with you. You should make the place you get, aware at some time you may require a two bedroom to include your mom. These places are monitored, and if it is your place, her boyfriend won't be allowed there. I hope you graduate.

Start putting ex-lax in some hot chocolate for him since he's so full of it. Call the office and make him man up and get his own place. He knows your mother has a disabled son and is taking advantage of you and your mother. No you don't need the stress and shouldn't be put thru it. Your mom is blinded and needs help Good Luck.

Both options that you listed could work. I think that since your mom likes him, then HE should be paying for the rent instead of you. And I'd make the move myself.

Please make sure you have a job, and then move out. I'd make sure this guy wasn't using ANY of my SSI money, either. Next, if you're still sore at him, go ahead and phone the landlord as well. It would be quite intersting to watch what happens when the landlord discovered that he had been living there all that time!

You are 18 years old. That means you're old enough to be on your own. Your mom has a life with her boyfriend, whether you like him or not. It's your mom's choice so make the best of it and get your own place.

He sounds like a jerk, and you sound jealous ("taking most attention from mom from ME"). You're a legal adult...move out.

find out what he hates the most...and do it or go get it. you have to annoy him
have a friend help you make alot of noise so he can't sleep at all. all people love sleep, even if it is a little. sabotage things that he owns ...your going to have to be sneaky.

see he is comfortable ...you have to make him uncomfortable

man, you really need to calm down. the guy is a prick, but your mom is letting him do this. she shouldve been the first one to tell him bout your special needs and how learning to sign was going to be like a HUGE issue between them if he didnt AT LEAST TRY to lear ASL. You will always be her son, men just come and go. i think that the smartest thing to do is take it a bit easy, finish school and the find a place of your own. its been 5 years now and he hasnt learn anything, what makes you think he will now? we wont!! and your mom is not going to ask him to lear to sign right now. if you have a place to go and if you think you can make it on your own then do it. dont take too many risks. life is hard out there and for us deaf people sometimes its a bit harder, specially with morons like that on the loose. so, take it easy, think really calmly, consider your options and be patient. if youre moving out i wish you the best of luck. ignore him but still tell your mom what are your plans and why your are considering to leave. if nothing happens it means your own mom couldnt care less and its time for you to fly away.
