I need an answer to a medicaid problem?

i am on social security disability. recently i moved out of state to texas. i have medicaire through social security. i have also always had medicaire, which has payed for my medicine and dr.s office visits, because my s.s.d.i. income of $700 is far below poverty level. i did not sell my home and have started paying $400 rent for another place in texas. texas has denied me medicaire, and also lessened my s.s.di by $ 100 and i now have to buy my own medicine. what can i do? $614 only goes so far
