Does anyone know why it costs so much to watch a movie on Sky Box Office?

I rent movies from lovefilm.com and have also recently started watching movies on-line (cinema quality) without downloading. Two nights ago I watched The Hills Have Eyes II and it didn't cost me anything.

Because sky have a monopoly of sorts and are very greedy, they also price everybody else (spors in particular) out of the market and they have to get the money back.

Because like most businesses they will screw you for every penny they can get out of you. Not content with the high monthly payments they then charge for any programmes worth watching on the films or sport or cultural channels.

Simple...Rupert Murdoch is the Antichrist in (nearly) human form and wants to squeeze every last red cent out of anyone daft enough to have Sky in the first place...I'll stick to Freeview, thank you very much....
