A: Technically no, but he did allow contributors to his campaign to sleep at the White House, so there was a quid pro quo.

A: This was never proven in a court of law, but there is abundant evidence that the Clintons were receiving illegal campaign contributions from the Chinese, that their friend Bernie Ebbers at Loral passed secrets to the Chinese, and that a Chinese agent was working within the White House.

I don't know about selling secrets to China. clinton make things that afect him, but bush make things that afect to all of us.

He permitted his staff to steal every item onboard Airforce One after his removal from office. First of all, if he sold secrets to China, he'd have been impeached and tried and prisoned for it. Don't let someone who says "Bill Clinton sold secrets to China" fool you. How in the world would someone know that and the Republican party not be all over it. Common sense should tell you he didn't.
Most married presidents have sex in the White House, Bill however had an affair with an intern. He certainly wasn't the first president to have an affair, and I doubt he'll be the last.
Bill did not go to Russia during Vietnam. He went to college, as many people who could afford to do, did, in order to avoid the draft. George Bush also avoided the draft by going to college, for the record. Who really cares? Any immorality committed by any president that did not concern his duties to the American people would be between him his family and his God and not the American people.The fact is Clinton answered a question that should have never been asked of him and lied to congress. His impeachment was not for any immorality accept a lie.If every president that lied was impeached we would never have a president. Clinton has not been president for 6 years! I don't know whether he went to Russia, but I think at the time he was in England Studing. He was an Oxford Scolar! If he went to Russia, so what! A lot of people went to Russia! What would that prove? I have been to East Germany when it was communist, that doesn't make me one!

Gat a life Yes,he really did do all these things,but there are around 100 suspicious suicides that happened with slick Willy. He is also a cocaine addict. Both Hill and Willy should be in prison for the many felonies they committed. There is a lot on them,and it is easy to find. Slick Willy is known for the Monica and cigar escapade, and then there was the attorney that was privy to Hilary and Willy's unscrupulous fund raising, who was found dead a park bench.

The allegation of "renting out" the Lincoln bedroom is a little bit of a stretch, but he did use it as a guest room for some people who had made very large contributions to his campaign.
When he left office, there was indeed some controversy over the things that he took with him; it's not clear that this was malicious.
He never sold secrets to China. That depends on your definition of the word really.....oh wait I mean it depends on what the definition of is, is.
I did notice you did not mention lying under oath. There are many other rumors out there that are unproven, have you ever heard of Vince Foster who "killed" himself by shooting himself in the head yet was found with both hands laying at his side and the gun still held in his hand? Then there are the numerous women who claimed sexual harassment and sexual assault. Some of it is true and probably some is not, but either way the guy is a scumbag. I can't say and dont' care. This was years ago. The biggest scandal - the one he was impeached for was purgering himself before a grand jury.

Bill and Hillary Clinton were investigated by Ken Starr who spent 60 million dollars to uncover a ******** only. I read Clinton's biography and all of these things are written about by President Clinton himself.
And I think it's pretty clear of which pres is the dirtier of the two. Bush has caused thousands of our men and women to die based on lies to go to Iraq; and let's forget all the innocent Iraqi's that are also dead thanks to Bush. There is no comparison between Clinton and Bush really. Adultery, perjury, necrophilia, as is I.m sure he had sex with Hillary and that has to be like having relations w a corps.
