Can you live in a fully furnished office? |
I am 21 years old, and I am looking at leasing a good sized shop in Dallas, TX that is a GREAT deal, to work on cars and try to prototype some parts. (I already have the tools in storage) In some zones you can do anything allowed in that zone or lower-rated zones, and in others, not. You can use the link I have given you below, and you might be able to figure it out for yourself, but if not, then just call (214) 948-4480 and ask them if it is allowed at that address. You should be able to do that without giving your name and perhaps without even giving the exact address. Just explain that you want to see if it would be OK in that area. OFF COURCE!!!!!!!! as long as it has a tv and a vending machine I don't see why not...be careful though, it might be against the law lots of people do this |
