Is this enough to break my lease with no penalty? |
i have gates at my apartment complex. my guest cannot enter unless they call me in the guest directory and i buzz them in. i've been living in my apartment for 4 months and my name is still not in the directory. when i have a guest i have to drive to the gate and open it. i've gone into the leasing office everymonth to let them know and they tell me it will be done but it's not. it's really an inconvinience. can i cancel without any penalty fees because of this? I Highly doubt that this is a good enough reason to be able to legally break your lease. Maybe get a copy of your lease agreement and read it to clarify. without seeing your lease, I can't comment. Ha. No. Nice try though. |
