How can we convince our doctor to move locations?

I work for an optometrist's office. The current location of our office is on the backside of a building. Nobody knows that we are here! We have people all the time say, "I never knew you guys were here." and he's been in this location for 8 years!

We are not making enough money here. He says we have to make a certain amount of money each month to get a raise, but that's just not possible where we are located. There is a new shopping center opening about a minute down the road. He has the opportunity to lease the center of the facility...where everyone will know he's there. The owners will build his office however he wants it, and they will also not charge him any payment on the lease until his lease runs out here. It's a wonderful opportunity!

However, we can't talk him into doing it! What gives? I thought doctors liked making money!
