Does he have right to do this???

Well, I have lived with my boyfriend for half a year in an apartment. Somehow he got very mad at me wanna kick me out of his place. Only his name on the lease, but i have been registered in apartment office. Does he have right to do this, lock up the door, don't let me in? I don't owe this guy anything, never ask money from him, help with his car payment, and everything. What should i do if it happens??

kick him to the curb and hey you M S go read a different BOOK.

if your on the lease he cant kick you out and in some states regardless if your on the lease or not if your in the house for a week you are a resident and he would have to file a eviction to get you out.

don't live with your boyfriend. It is a sin. I understand that everyone's doing it but it doesn't make it right. Get out of the relationship.

talk to a lawyer, or beat him to it and find somewhere else to go and get your name outta it. but if its his name only on the lease he does own the place not you.

ask the apartment office about it. If it's in his name, than he's the one that makes the shots...

Probably yes,but you can sue him for repayment of all his car payments you made that you can prove.
Get a place of your own and a new boyfriend.
Notify the office you are moving out so they don't come after you if your bf doesn't pay the rent. Sorry, you can't sue for part of the rent since you lived there too.
Take all of your personal property with you as well as things you bought for the apartment when you go.
If you can't do this at the time,go back with a police officer and get your stuff, but do not take anything of his.

You can fight him for wrongful eviction, if he didn't give you the required amount of notice and recoup your expenses for moving by taking him to court.

If he won't let you in to retrieve your personal belongings, call the police so they can assist you.

From what you've said, the guy sounds like a jerk. He's probably doing you a favor in the long run.

If you are not on the lease and you do not pay rent to him in some type of sublease, then you are the legal equivilent of a guest. In other words, he can kick you out at will. Sorry.

Seriously, go find someone who treats you better.

Regardless of who is on the lease, you are not a 'guest' in the apartment. If you live there, contribute to the rent, and receive mail there, you are a resident. He has to go to court to have you legally evicted. If he changes thew locks and locks you out, you are entitled to treble damages (triple the amount it costs you) for moving expenses, reasonable hotel expenses, etc.

He cannot kick you out without authorization from a judge. He has to give you 30 days notice, just like any other landlord/tenant relationship.

Move out, then learn basic grammar and spelling.
