I live in an apartment and the guy next to me plays his music really loud.?

It's the base that gets to me. The walls are sorta thin and I work during the week so I don't know what he does with his time and I don't care. The quiet hours of the complex are from 10pm to 8am during the week and the weekends. I went to the office yesterday and asked them to call him and they did and he turned it down, but at 10pm he had it blasting again. What can I do? The management specifies in the lease two times that no one is to annoy residents at any time, day or night, with music or tv.

I know the feeling. I have noisy neighbors who would wake up at 3:00AM and start arguing, then I would have to listen to the kid start crying. This went on it seemed like every night. Some people are going to dickheads. I would complain to the manager or the landlord about the noise; bring to their attention about the rules they specified. What good does it do to have rules if there isn't any consequences for their actions?

you should figure out a way to disturb him 2......
make it a game

Complain again. Since he turned it back up, I doubt he cares that he's bothering people, so I doubt asking him nicely will work.

This worked for me and it should work for you. The next time your neighbor plays his loud music, get a tape recording of it and wait until he goes to sleep and play it back..That should do the trick.

Do the same thing if u got Bored or u surrender just Call the Police :D ;)

hire a hit man

Find some music of exctly the opposite type that he plays, say if he likes rap get some classical, then play it very loud at 3am with the speakers turned to the partition wall. If he complains, make a deal with him, no more noise from you for no more noise from him.
