Apartment nest egg in purchasing a house? |
my leasing office stated that they could submit papers when i want to purchase an house and i could receive about 5000, but i can't go thorough a realtor. they it is accrued by the amount of time you live in an apartment i have lived there for about 3 and a 1/2 yrs and now i am moving out in february. so, that's when she informed me about it. mmmm, its good and bad. not going through a realtor will present tons of headaches. renters are desperate now so I would talk to a realtor about the issue. dont belive everything the front office tells you. remember, they are in the business to make money, not to give it away. You would have to live there for a long time to acrue that much money or pay rent upfront. I dont buy it. Talk to a realtor. I agree with skiairplane talk with A Realtor or at least A realistate attorney. You are currently living in an apartment? They want to submit papers on your behalf? |
