Early cancelation of Office lease Contract? |
I have business in HI and thinking about closing down my business. I still have a 2 more years office lease contract but I don't have money to pay. Is there anyone who had this experience before and give me a good advise? Do you think I can negotiate with my tenant? Getting the tenant's permission to amend the lease and terminate it early is likely your only chance to meet your goal. |
