Where can I see some lists of leasing offices or stores for sale?

What I mean is I want to take over the stores from the original owner and will run it under my name.. Where can I get some lists of these available stores or offices for sale? (not rental)

This may not be such a good idea, if you buy a store and the business you accept all of the liabilities of that business. A business is real property, and the credo is CAVEAT EMPTOR, that means buyer beware. The Realtors duty is to the seller not the buyer unless you enlist an agent on your behalf, then he is obligated to tell you about any liabilities that you may be assuming. Buying sight unseen, as over the Internet is very dangerous financially, just looking is OK but don't commit until you know all of the facts. Before you buy any property have your lawyer and a good accountant check it out. Also you may be buying a place with a bad reputation and simply changing the name of the place won't erase those memories from prospective customers. Location, location, location, the three thing you need to know when purchasing a property, find the best one you can first and them build your business there, making sure it going to be a vital part of the community, stay the heck away from most franchises, they are costly and you are commited to running it the way they want you to, if not or even if they feel you are not, you will loose your franchise deposit. I don't know what business you have in mind, but on the ground research is the only way to go.
