What is your understanding of this lease agreement? |
This is the lease agreement. It is my understanding it is month by month, but the office assistant states it is a six month lease. Who is right? This lease went month to month on 3/21/07 and it is clearly written here. Whoever is telling you it is a 6 month lease is dead wrong. The way it reads you are right. Its month to month. You are correct. The office assistant needs to take reading comprehension. It very clearly states "one month each." Month to month to me! If the lease is entirely printed here it is a month to month lease but this seems to be a very short lease...make sure you have read the entire lease and that there is not a provision that requires a minimum rental period of 6 months which is possible. My guess is the office assistant meant to write 8-21-07, and not 3-21-07. From what you wrote it sounds like month to month. Take your copy to the office and show her, it may just be a misunderstanding. Yeah, I think your right too! the way it is written says it all! No question about it !! Month to month !! month to month, stick to your guns...tell the office assistant to learn to read. |
