How much does it cost to lease a mid-range 1000 square foot office in London?

The office should be located in the city (not outskirts). What are hidden costs? Basically, what would the estimated entire overhead be of opening up an office of this size in London?

Should be about 拢15 - 拢20 per square foot - just for the office space. You'll have rates on top. It really depends on which part of London you want to operate from. You need to ring a few commercial letting agents in the area you choose.
