How long can a leasing office not provide you with a mailbox key? |
Ive already moved in but the previous tenants did not return their key so the post office has to change the locks. This should've been handled before I moved in, Im not getting any mail. Ive already had issues with the leasing office but I really like the apartment. What can I do? Is there any legal action I can take? You were susposed to get the mailbox key when you got you other keys, and you are right, that was susposed to be taken care of BEFORE you moved in! Good luck... Normally after you pay your deposit and first months rent the leasing office gives you all the keys you need. YOu should contact the office manager and tell them that you don't have a mail box key they should supply one to you. |
