BECAUSE I HAVE A SMALL PROBLEM I AM BEING WRONGFULLY EVICTED OUT OF MY APARTMENT WHICH HAPPENS TO BE THE PALMS ON WESTHEIMER MY WIFE WENT TO THE LEASING OFFICE FRIDAY MARCH 31,2006 TO PAY AND RESIGN OUR LEASE FOR 6MORE MONTHS AND THEY TOOK OUR MONEY ORDER AND TOLD MY WIFE THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND OUR LEASEING FILE FOLDER BUT NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT SIGNED A PEACE OF PAPER GAVE IT TO MY WIFE AND SAID DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. SO SHE LEFT THE LEASING OFFICE NOT THINKING NOTHING OF IT CAUSE WE BEEN LIVING HERE AT 6425 WESTHEIMER RD.FOR OVER A YEAR NOW BUT THIS MORNING AT 9:30A.M SHE WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE JUST TO SEE IF MAYBE THEY HAD FOUND OUR LEASING FILE FOLDER BY ANY CHANCE SO WE COULD OF JUST RESIGN OUR LEASE AND GET THAT OVER WITH AND THE LEASING OFFICE PERSONNEL TOLD US WE WERE EVICTED BECAUSE OF NOISE OR SOME REASON WHICH I SERIOUSLY BELEIVE IT'S UNFAIR AND SURELY NOT TRUE CAUSE ITS JUST ME AND MY WIFE LIVING HERE ALL I WISH FOR IS TO GET MY MONEY BACK MY LEASE WAS UP FRI.MAR.31ST. here try this...
