Tenancy in houston ,TX? |
Tenant Rights in Houston,Tx? Technically they can evict him only because when he renewed his lease you were not married. I would wait to use your married name until you have changed it with the social security dept, because it will not come up as the married name and you will not be approved. It takes time for the license to go through and there wont be a record of your name. Also technically they cant evict you in 24 hrs., they would have to give him a 30 day notice. |
