Eviction on report? |
Is there any way I could get another apartment in Georgia with a 5yr old eviction on my report? I was living with my ex ani I left 3mth before the lease was up but he moved a month before the lease was up now I have this mess on my report! I went to the leasing office and filled out papers to break my part of the lease but I was still stuck with it. Now I need to move and im worried I wont get a place you should not have to list an eviction that is 3 years or older, and if you settled the eviction before court, then you dont have to list it at all period. i had the same problem See, there are consequences! you must negotiate with any potential renter! |
