My husbands Stepson has lost it, Help me please?

Yes, its me again but this time I really need help. My husband has deployed to Iraq and he has an older stepson that is 19 yrs old, I didn't want him to know where we live, he found us but had an old address, we moved further down the road and the new adrs was not published, anyway he went into our leasing office ranting and raving about his dad needed to see him and he couldn't remember which apt we lived in,he is not on our lease, they gave him our adrs, when he found that we were not home, he goes in and demands a key to our apartment...they consider giving him a key but since they couldn't reach me they refused. This kid is nothing but trouble, I called the police,he has not threatened me-they cant help. I went to Jag,they call the apt complex and let them have it-they shud never give out personal info. I need to move but where? I will be in military housing but not until Dec. thats as quickly as they can get me in. I am afraid for me and my daughter...any suggestions or help?

Another thing is the apartment complex knew my husband was in iraq because they convinced me to stay here while he is gone because I was afraid. This kid has no reason to visit me because we don't talk we have no reason for him to visit, in fact when his stepdad was here he never visited and refused to see him before he left for iraq. His mom is no help because whatever he does is fine with her. He has his dads email adrs and can get in touch with him when he wants, my question is why would he need a key to my apartment and he doesn't live here...I am so afraid.

Get a Restraining Order against him. Easy enough to do and will protect you. It will also let him know where his limitations are with regard to you and your daughter while your husband is gone.

Then you need to have a discussion with the Landlord and let the/him know your privacy was violated when they chose to give privileges information without your consent. Give them something to think about. Then if it would make you feel better tell them you expect to have your locks changed immediately since you feel that you have been violated and it will make you feel more secure.

Talk to your husband and have him contact his son and inform him not to go over your house. It sounds like he just wanted to contact his father. If he continues to show up, you should have the complex where you live give you a different unit to live in...after all it IS their fault he even found you in the first place.

It just doesn't make sense unless he's looking for something. Did your husband take something of his that he wants back? Why is he looking for you and why are you running from him? Sorry but this doesn't make sense to me.

Purchase a gun, change locks, get a security system, temporary room mate......
